The Definition for Insanity: Is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results.

“The only good thing to come out of this is that Jerry Jones finally admitted that they got out-coached and the talent on this team is better than their record…”

That is what El Gato Negro told me on Monday then he turned around and said Pinche Garret. So sorry folks you’re’ stuck with me this week, hopefully El Gato will be back next week.

Pero, I know how he feels, like him I thought maybe they beat the Pats get on a run and Nunca Sabes (You never know). And I still think that was a winnable game- Brady was not the Superman Brady. He seemed very mortal on Sunday. But I tell who Superman like their head coach Belichick, while we had Mister 2 playoff wins in 10 years compared to 6 Super Bowl wins.

If you watched the game at all, you saw one team prepared to for their opponent and the elements. And the other team in their first possession decided to kick a 46-yard field goal into the wind, something that was already giving them trouble in pre-game practice. Then you saw the Q.B. trout out without gloves and quickly find out that was not going to work. On special teams they had a punt blocked that resulted in a Pat touchdown. Then they had a twenty-yard penalty on punt return and I’m’ not sure if they all knew where to line-up at times.

Still they were in this game till the end when with a little over six minutes left on about the twenty, they needed seven for a first down. Instead trying to run for at least a few yards to make it manageable they kept throwing the ball in pouring rain. With the result of kicking a 29-yard field goal on fourth and seven instead of going for a game tying touchdown. Guess they thought no problem well’ get it next time, especially since they are converting third downs easily (2of13) and 0 for two in RedZone. New England was not much better only converting 3 of 14 and 1 and 3 in RedZone. This game was the Cowboys to lose and of course they did not disappoint as usual.

The only good thing to come out of this is that Jerry Jones finally admitted that they got out-coached and the talent on this team is better than their record. If nothing changes soon, we will have two choices- left continue the insanity route or finally make a coaching change. I am writing this on Thanksgiving morning, so the Cowboys are still leading the Eagles in their conference. Which really has me conflicted about today’s game in a way I would like them to lose to the Bills. Which may finally lead to a coaching change. Pero that would make the Eagles fans happy. And (No offense) I have one in the family now; Eagles fans are the worse! Happy Thanksgiving to you and Gato come back soon we need you.
